湖北省路橋集團有限公司(簡稱湖北路橋)始建于1952年，公司注冊資本金20億元人民幣。具有公路工程施工總承包特級、市政公用工程施工總承包一級、橋梁、隧道工程專業承包一級資質及一家建筑施工總承包一級控股公司?，F有職工1158人，現代大型施工機械設備2000余臺(套)，年施工能力達100億元人民幣，市場占有遍布全國15多個省(市、自治區)份。
經過七十余年的磨礪，公司擁有高速公路、各種復雜結構橋梁、隧道、交通工程、市政工程、軌道工程、建筑工程的項目管理、工程總承包以及項目規劃、投資、建設、運營管理的能力。同時公司秉承“立足湖北、服務全國、躋身世界、開拓發展”的方針，通過了ISO 9001質量管理體系、ISO14001環境管理體系和GB/T28001職業健康安全管理體系認證。60多年來，公司共修建公路里程6000余公里，其中一級以上公路約4500公里，高等級公路近1500公里，大型橋梁510余座，其中特大型橋梁90余座，承建了70多項國家、省重點工程。多項施工技術處于國內或世界先進水平，多次榮獲國家及部、省級科技進步獎、科技成果獎和優質工程獎。
近年來，公司堅持“一業為主、兩翼并舉、多元發展”的戰略，在鞏固路橋施工主業優勢的同時，穩步推進基礎建設投資和資本運營。先后投資修建了武漢市三環線北段綜合改造工程、武漢市江漢四橋等武漢市大型市政項目、聯投花山生態新城等八座新城的基礎設施項目、武漢城市圈環線孝感段高速公路、棗陽至潛江高速公路等交通重點項目以及武穴長江公路大橋、棋盤洲長江公路大橋、白洋長江公路大橋、丹江口漢江公路大橋等橋梁的投融資項目。目前，公司項目投資規模達300億元，累計完成投資額150億元，年均投資額達50億元。
面臨新形勢，邁向新階段，湖北路橋全面貫徹湖北省“一主引領、兩翼驅動、全域協同”區域發展布局，堅持“主業做強、關聯拓展、股權合作、多元發展”發展策略，推動公司市場化、多元化、規?；l展，逐步成為“以資本運營為龍頭、以生產經營為基礎，集投融資、設計咨詢、材料采購、施工生產、運營管理‘五位一體’的工程建設全領域總承包商”。
After more than sixty years of striving, the Company is capable of management, contracting, planning, investment, construction and operation of projects covering highway, bridge with complex structure, tunnel, traffic engineering, municipal work, track construction and architectural engineering. Holding the policy of “Base in Hubei to serve the whole country, compete globally for further development”, the Company has passed ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001Environment Management System and GB/T28001 Occupation Health Safety Management System. For over 60 years, we have constructed roads of a total mileage of 6,000 km, covering arterial highway of about 4500 km, and high-grade highway of nearly 1500 km. Besides,we have constructed more than 510 major bridges, including 90 ultra-large bridges,and more than 70 national and provincial key projects.We have achieved some construction technologies at national or world advanced level, and have won many national, ministerial, and provincial awards for scientific and technological progress, scientific and technological achievements, and high-quality engineering.
In recent years, the Company insists on the strategy of “Expert in one domain, simultaneously achieve two-wings success, and fight for multiple developments”. We have consolidated our main advantages in road and bridge construction, while steadily advancing infrastructure investment and capital operation. We have invested in the construction of the Third Ring North section of Wuhan comprehensive renovation project, the Fourth Jianghan Bridge in Wuhan and other large-scale municipal projects in Wuhan, and jointly invested in Huashan eco-town and other eight infrastructure projects in the new city area, as well as the city ring highway in Xiaogan, Zaoyang-Qianjiang highway and other key traffic projects, and Wuxue Yangtze River Highway Bridge, Qipanzhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge, Baiyang Yangtze River Highway Bridge, and Danjiangkou Hanjiang Highway Bridge. We have currently achieved 30 billion yuan of investment and finished the projects amounting to 15 billion yuan, with an annual investment of 5 billion yuan.
In the future, the Company will actively adapt itself to the “New Normal” of China’s economy and exert itself to grasping new developing opportunities; we will complete the transformation development in steady steps and boost the progress of company with strong power. At the beginning of 13th Five Year Plan, the Company has made its strategic deployment of “Main business enhancement, relevant business expansion equity cooperation, and diverse development”.
